Documents, in some cases, will not be specific to any project or programme, therefore Cora allows you to store documents at a Company level, making these common documents available to all projects and resources.
Company documents allow for the storage of a default suite of template documents or artifacts that can be used across all projects on the system.
To view Company Documents, navigate to Company on the global menu bar.
Hover to view the drop-down.
- Click Documents
This will open the following grid.
Adding, uploading, viewing, deleting, check in and check out behaviours are the same as previously mentioned earlier in this document.
Note: Document file types are managed by the administrator.
