The Report Builder allows the user to report on project details using the different views available within Cora PPM, i.e. within Programmes/Projects, Organisations, and Strategies.
Report Builder allows you to generate reports that contain data from across lots of different areas of your projects and programmes. Although most other reports are focused on a particular area (for example, risks or tasks), Report Builder lets you combine information on both these areas into a single report.
The Report builder can be run against multiple projects, programmes and portfolios by using any field within Cora PPM. The following is an example of the output from Report Builder.
You can also run the report against particular organisations and strategies.
Use the Navigation bar at the top of the screen and click the REPORTS tab. The report screen will open and display all the reports that are available.
Note: Depending on configuration one or more of these tabs may be hidden and/or labelled differently.
- Select Report Builder from the list
Alternatively, clicking into the Search Function bar and typing the name will surface the Report Builder.
Select Report Builder to bring you to the control screen.
