Start

The “Start” step is required in all workflows.

This step can start immediately or be set to start only when a condition is met.

Pause on Start can be used if you require a workflow manager assessment before it moves forward.

End Complete

The “End Complete” step is required in all workflows.

Once the process reaches this step, Cora PPM will know the workflow has completed.

End Reject

The “End Reject” step is required in all workflows.

Once it reaches this step, Cora PPM will know the workflow has been rejected.

After this step the workflow can be resubmitted.

Approval

There are two types of approvals, single and multiple.

The single type allows you to have multiple approvers but once one of the approvers approves or rejects the workflow step, it moves on to the next step.

The multiple type allows you to set rules such as at least 2 people must approve the step, before it moves on.
