It provides stakeholders with a reliable and automated way to trace budget impacts from planning through approval and change management.

            Note: To use CBL in Cora, you must enable both the Traceability Registers and Baseline Change Controls functionality, as CBL cannot function properly without them. All required toggles for CBL, including Baselines and Registers, are listed below.
