Outdent Task(s) & Indent Task(s)

The Outdent Tasks option is a simple way to move a task to become the same level as the task directly above it.

The Indent Task option moves a task to become a sub-level task of the task above it.

• Select the task you wish to outdent or indent and either select the option from the right-click menu or click the  icons from the toolbar.
• The shift key can be used to indent or outdent multiple tasks.

In this example, the two tasks “Finalise Planning Application” and “Pre-Planning Application” are outdented.
