Portfolio Dashboard

The name “Portfolio Dashboard” is configurable.  This could be named, for example, Executive Dashboard.

Cora PPM dashboards are all graphical in nature.  This makes them very useful for visualising a programme or portfolio of work.

This dashboard is unique in that it allows executive users the ability to select a series of criteria to further slice and dice project data.

You can view the Portfolio Dashboard from the Home bar.  

Click “Dashboard”, on the home bar.  This will open a drop-down menu where you can choose “Portfolio Dashboard”

The Portfolio Dashboard gives you different views of the same information.  The “List View, the “Timeline View” and the “Widgets View”.

Views can be managed from the Views drop-down. 

Users can select a different view, reset the current view and manage views:

Note:  The Portfolio Dashboard view does not automatically save.  When you choose the widgets you want to show on the dashboard you have to go to “SAVE VIEW”.  By using this function you can Save the view and give it a name and also decide if you want to share the saved view with other users.
